Communicative Capitalism and its results. Interview with Jodi Dean

Abstract

Jodi Dean is the researcher, an American political philosopher and professor in the Political Science department at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in New York state. She is also known as the author of "The Communist Horizon" and the concept of Communicative Capitalism. Following the translation of the article dedicated to the communicative capitalism into Russian language, our journal took a chance to have an interview with Dr. Dean.
During the interview Dr. Dean shows her views about the impact of communicative capitalism on post-truth politics, memetic culture and artists, as well as on Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton and Julian Assange as the actors of communicative capitalism system.
