Аннотация
В ходе исследований установления повестки дня, исходно сфокусированных на том, как медиа влияют на восприятие публикой наиболее важных проблем, поднятых в течение дня, сформировалась теория, рассматривающая иерархию коммуникационных эффектов. Ядро этой теории составляют три уровня установления повестки дня. Первые два уровня были описаны в течение первого десятилетия исследований. Третий — сравнительно недавно. Результаты первичных исследований этого расширенного представления об установлении повестки дня свидетельствуют в пользу Сетевой модели установления повестки дня. Согласно этой теоретической модели, медиа могут связывать между собой различные объекты или атрибуты и одновременно актуализировать группы связей этих элементов в общественном сознании.
