Ethical Standarts
General Provisions
The journal adheres to high standards of scientific ethics and strives to ensure transparency and integrity in the publication process of scientific materials. All participants in the publishing process (authors, reviewers, editors) are required to follow the established rules.
For Authors
- Originality of Work: all submitted materials must be original and not published previously in other publications
- Conflict of Interest: authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect the research results
- Data Integrity: falsification or manipulation of research data is prohibited
- Authorship: all individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research should be listed as co-authors
- Plagiarism: the use of others’ work without proper citation is strictly prohibited
For Reviewers
- Confidentiality: reviewers must maintain confidentiality of materials until publication
- Impartiality: reviewing should be impartial and based on scientific criteria
- Timeliness: reviewers must complete their work within the agreed deadlines
- Competence: reviewing can only be performed within the reviewer’s area of professional expertise
- Absence of Conflict of Interest: reviewers should not evaluate materials in which they have a personal interest
For Editors
- Fairness: editors must evaluate all submitted materials based on their scientific quality
- Confidentiality: editors must ensure the protection of authors’ personal data
- Independence: editorial decisions must be made independently of commercial pressure
- Correction of Errors: in case of discovering significant errors in published materials, the editorial board must take corrective measures
- Protection of Copyright: respect for intellectual property rights and prevention of violations
Violation Handling Procedure
When violations of ethical standards are detected:
- An internal investigation is conducted
- Materials may be retracted
- Information about violations may be reported to relevant scientific organizations
- Violators may be placed on a blacklist
The editorial board reserves the right to periodically update and supplement the ethical standards in accordance with best practices in scientific publishing.
